Delegates are required to arrange their own accommodation in Gaborone. The conference organisers have negotiated special rates on rooms (subject to availability) for conference delegates at the Grand Palm (4-star) and the Metcourt Inn (3-star). Both are adjacent to the conference centre which is 4km (2.4 miles) from the city centre and 12km (7.4 miles) from the Sir Seretse Khama International Airport.
Hotel accommodation in Gaborone is scarce and so delegates are urged to book rooms well in advance. To secure the conference rate please use the booking form below. Occasionally, better deals can be obtained through internet accommodation sites. We suggest that delegates explore these before booking as we are unable to guarantee that our negotiated rates are the lowest that it is possible to find.
