Please Note:

  1. A cash deposit will be required for all non credit card guaranteed bookings, the details of which will be advised on confirmation of your reservation, by the Hotel.

2. Cancellations may be made up to and including the arrival date without any penalty.

  1. Non-arrivals (No-show) will be liable for one night's accommodation charge.
  2. Check in is from 15h00, and check out is at 11h00 on the day of departure.

5.  If you are Settling by Cash we require a deposit of the rate levied plus P200 per day at check-in, to cover  

              any incidental charges, which may be incurred.

6.          If you are Settling by Credit Card we require this at Check-in, to do a pre authorisation for total cost of your

            stay.
