OPENING
CEREMONY
All Conference participants are invited to the AIDS IMPACT 2005 Opening Ceremony, in the Auditorium at 13.00 on Monday 4th April.
PLENARY SESSIONS
Some of the World’s most important researchers, community leaders, people affected by HIV and policy specialists have been invited to give plenary lectures during the Conference. Invited speakers will be allowed a fifteen-minute presentation.
PARALLEL SESSIONS
Special scientific sessions will run in parallel on Tuesday, Wednesday. Each speaker will have ten minutes for their oral presentation and five minutes for discussion.
POSTER SESSION
All accepted posters will be displayed for two days (either Monday and Tuesday, or Wednesday and Thursday). Could authors please gather at the poster during the lunch session to answer questions and talk to delegates.
CLOSING CEREMONY
The Closing Ceremony and final plenary will take place in the Auditorium on Thursday 7th April, from 11:00 – 13:30.
SPECIAL CONFERENCE EDITION OF THE AIDS CARE JOURNAL
A special issue of the International Journal, ‘AIDS CARE’ will be published from the conference. Participants are invited to ask information at the AIDS CARE desk for submissions and publications.
