Aim: 1. To increase access to information and education on HIV/AIDS to 2,000 In-School Ypouths in Edaiken Community
2. To Train 25 In School Youths in Edaiken Community as Peer Educators
3. To encourrage 2,000 In School Youths in Edaiken Community to assess Youth Friendly Services

Method / Issue: About one third of Sub-Saharan adolescents live in Nigeria and young people (10-24 years) constitiute about 30% of Nigeria population. Adolescence is a very challenging period for most individuals as this is a period characterized by physical, mental, emotional and social changes.
As a result, many adolescents engage in risky behaviours including pre-marital sexual activity, and drug/substance abuse which have tremendous adverse effect on their sexual and reproductive health. There is a need to build a variety of skills in adolescents to transform the knowledge they acquire through interventions t targeting them into responsible, social, sexual and reproductive health behaviours. Activities carried out and result obtained: for the establishment of the youth for change club in the school.
Advocacy visit were paid to the management of the targeted school, assembly slots were also use to sensitize students on life skills and adolescent reproductive health and encourage students to join the youth for change club, consultations was held with interested students to know their expectations of the club, Weekly meetings were held with the youth club members, participatory activities such as role play, group talk were applied in training 25 in School adolescents (18 Females and 7 males

Results / Comments: Youth for change club formed successfully in the school, commitment of school management harnessed for positive attitude towards issues around life skills and adolescents sexual and reproductive health. Over 2,000 adolescents in Divine group of schools sensitized with correct and up to date sexual and reproductive health information. 25 (18 females and 7 males) completed the mentoring program, adolescents play active role in running the youth for change club and in school peer education project, improved Parent-Child communication achieved particularly in members of the club, adolescents in the youth for change club successfully adopt free sexual reproductive health behaviours and are better able to positively influence their peers
