Exhibition space will be available for commercial and non-profit organisations in the SantaFe Community Conference Center. This will give you the unique opportunity to meet our delegates, committee members, speakers and other exhibitors.
AIDSImpact values the opportunity to sponsor delegates from developing countries, with this in mind we ask that exhibitors make a contribution towards the conference. Each exhibition space will be provided with a table for display and two chairs. A display board can be hired on request. The costs received from exhibitors will contribute to sponsoring delegates from HIV/AIDS communities from developing countries. Double Stands are available. Exhibitors will receive 1 free exhibitor registrations.

Non-profit organisations:
There will be a small charge of a £15 (about $22) administration fee.

Commercial organisations:
A stand must be reserved in advance. These cost £375 (about $480) and are on a first come first serve basis
